d. Customer Feedback. You agree that Galaxy Technologies may use any suggestions, enhancements requests, recommendations or other feedback You provide through this Site or to Galaxy Technologies.
e. Entire Agreement. This Agreement constitutes the complete statement of the agreement between the parties with respect to this Site and supersedes any prior or contemporaneous communications, negotiations, representations, statements and understandings, whether oral or written, between the parties concerning this Site.
