We understand however, over time the initial training you received may not be enough. As your organization grows and changes your needs change as well. Changes in staffing, adding employees, or utilizing new areas of your Galaxy solution are expected and are the primary reasons Galaxy offers additional training courses. Our goal is to ensure you are getting the most out of your solution; having updated training is a crucial component.
Galaxy offers multiple options for training. We offer numerous courses at various times throughout the year in our training centers (located in WI and OH) taught by Galaxy and Sage Certified Instructors.
In addition to our traditional classroom setting training sessions, Galaxy also offers E-ssentials Web-based Training sessions. E-ssentials sessions are one-on-one, interactive training sessions led by Galaxy’s Certified Trainers using your company’s data and done virtually (no travel required). As they are one-on-one, the session topics are flexible and customized specifically based on your needs and set at your pace providing you with the optimal learning environment.
