When you implement a timeclock from Galaxy you are eligible to purchase support from our Certified Technicians who work diligently to get you the answers you need when you need them.  Whether you are having a simple technical issue or a larger more in depth problem, you can rely on the Galaxy team, using the Galaxy P3 Methodology, to get you back on track efficiently, effectively and quickly. 

Your Galaxy Timeclock Support package not only includes technical support, when you have Galaxy Timeclock Support you can expect:

  • Live support via Galaxy’s desktop streaming capabilities.
  • "800" number access to technical support.
  • Communications software upgrades at no additional charge.
  • Eligibility to receive free loaner clock if your clock is being repaired/serviced.*
  • Personalized, one-on-one attention.

Additional consulting services available through Galaxy that are not covered under the above support program include but are not limited to:

  • Fixing, tuning or migrating communications software.
  • Custom programming.
  • Product training.
