MADISON, WI, JULY 13, 2009 -- Galaxy Technologies, Inc. announces the expansion of its Professional Services Department with the addition of Travis Lannoye.
Travis Lannoye joined the Galaxy team as Software Application Consultant for Galaxy’s flagship product TimeStar Enterprise™. Travis’s focus is on working closely with customers as a technical support specialist to promptly resolve issues and communicate effectively the necessary steps to ensure optimal system performance and the highest level of customer satisfaction.
Galaxy was built and remains fundamentally centered on engineering and development with a consultative approach. Over three-fourths of the Galaxy team are Engineers and/or Software Consultants with the technical experience and "know-how" to ensure clients receive the expert attention, training, and ongoing support needed to keep HRIS projects in-line with specific business needs.
